Boozy Baja Blast?! The Iconic Taco Bell Mountain Flavor Gets Hard at 5%

Officially one of the greatest fast food pop flavors is now available in a boozy version. Mountain Dew recently launched a series of boozy hard soda flavors and we’re thrilled to here one of the most iconic fountain drink flavors will be included. Zero sugar. 5% abv. 100 calories. No caffeine. Not bad! The collaboration is between Pepsi and Boston Beer Company, the group behind brands like Sam Adams, Truly, and Angry Orchard. FUN FACT - The current president and CEO of Boston Beer, a guy named Dave Burwick, was Pepsi’s chief marketer back when Baja Blast was manifested in 2004. It looks like you’ll be able to get them in variety 12 packs and also as individual tall boys. Additional flavors will be Original Mountain Dew, Black Cherry and Watermelon.

People love Baja Blast. There is a Reddit community with 22,000 people in it completely dedicated to Baja Blast.

Although there are some Taco Bell Cantinas that sell alcohol, these unfortunately won’t be available for now. But how great would that be?!
